Break-Away Camp Days
Have fun at the YMCA
on school holidays!
Ages: 5-12 (Grades K-6)
Time: 6:00am-6:00pm
Campers will enjoy group
games, arts-n-crafts, swimming, field trips* and even an
occasional pizza party*! Please bring an afternoon snack,
bathing suit, towel, sunscreen and a bagged lunch.
*Please note that field trips and pizza parties are not part
of every Brea-Away Camp Day. See a member services associate
for itinerary updates.
PrYme Time
We would like to welcome you and your children to the 2006-2007 PrYme Time Extended Day Enrichment Program, offered by the Family YMCA through your child’s Clay County Elementary School. We are pleased to announce that in addition to our existing sites we will also be offering PrYme Time at Argyle Elementary School. Barco-Newton
PrYme Time is a part of the YMCA’s history of dedication to youth and children’s services. It was established to meet the needs of working and single parents in the community while providing their children a fun, safe, comfortable environment that promotes the YMCA’s four core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. PrYme Time offers a variety of outdoor playtime, arts and crafts, games, snack, a fitness program, and enrichment classes.
Every effort is continuously made to ensure the safety and well being of your child each day. Our staff is chosen for their Christian character and love of children. Our goal is to offer an after school experience for your child filled with happiness, creativity, activities, and fun.
Hours of Operation
YMCA PrYme Time is open Monday through Friday. Morning care begins at 6:30 AM and lasts until the start of the school day. Afternoon care begins when school is dismissed and ends at 6:00 PM, with the exception of McRae Elementary which closes at 6:30 PM. All children must be picked up by closing time. If you are going to be late, please make arrangements with another person on your registration form to pick up your child and contact the site director.

Our state licensed Child Development Center is a loving and nurturing environment where YMCA and CDA certified staff foster growth and encourage character development through the demonstration of caring, honest, respect, and responsibility. Age appropriate and structured activities are demonstrated throughout the day providing a safe, stimulating, and educational early development experience.
