training equipment by Precor(R), an abundance of
cardiovascular equipment, a large free weight area and a
designated area for stretching and core training.
Adult S3 Program
Check
out the Adult S3 Program offered at the Barco-Newton
Family YMCA! These
classes are a one-hour circuit- style workout combining
strength and cardiovascular training in small groups to
achieve your goals. Our coaches will take you through
workouts that focus on elevating the heart while improving
muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and
coordination, cardiovascular conditioning and speed. Sign up

INDOOR CYCLING
We have two Group Exercise studios and one Indoor Cycling
studio with 21 Brand New Lemons Stationary Bikes. Endurance
1.5 hour rides on Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 am, one Saturday
per month and one Wednesday night per month.
FLEXX IT©
Our highest attended group exercise class that incorporates
weight and reps. Provides the highest fitness gains for
members. Participate in our FLEXX IT © incentive program --
we test your body composition and take measurements to help
you set goals. Commit to attending one-and-a-half times a
week over a 12-week period. In a rut? Get into FLEXX IT©.

ZUMBA
Dance, Dance, Dance
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with
unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to
dance their way into fitness. This is a "feel-happy"
workout. ZUMBA Gold is designed for the active older adult
with a little more pace to the cardio portion of the class.
Be prepared for some choreography and dance moves!
Youth ages 13+
may attend adult Zumba classes. Appropriate behavior and are
attire required.
