You Can Take Control

Did you know that 1 in 3 adult Americans is at high risk for diabetes? Our Diabetes Prevention Program is a 24-session class to help participants learn about healthier eating, physical activity and other behavior changes to prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. Our tae kwon do class is designed so that children can learn discipline, self-confidence, coordination, and reach their highest potential all while having fun! Looking for a short, sharp workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? The CXWORX class combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class. The exercises really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body and is ideal for tightening your abs and glutes, all while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. PrYme Time

PrYme Time provides a safe place for children before and after school. Kids receive help on their homework and take part in educational activities that reinforce what is learned at school.
