Football season is here, and at the Y we celebrate with our annual YFL Wellness Challenge! Find 3 workout buddies and sign up your team of 4 at the YFL display in the Wellness Center. Register your team August 25-September 12. The Wellness Challenge runs September 22-November 15.

I Heart Art

I Heart Art

We believe all kids should have the chance to find their inner artist. That’s why we developed “I Heart Art” - an art supply drive for enrichment activities for kids. Drop off new, packaged art supplies at any local Y August 2 - 25 and help us make the world colorful. As a thank you for your donation, we'll waive the joining fee for anyone who joins the Y during the drive.

Summer swim lessons are now available at the Swim, Sports and Play Center on Ft. Caroline. Our youth swim lessons help kids feel more confident and safe in and around the water - check out our interactive flow chart to see your child's swim level. Registration for swim lessons throughout summer is now available online or at the Welcome Center.

No Time to Waist

No Time to Waist

On August 12th at 6pm, the Y will be launching a new No Time to Waist Program. It is a nutritional support group with participants taking 12 classes over 12 weeks. Week 1 includes a screening with a Registered Dietitian. The following weeks, participants will learn about healthier choices in food, nutrition, motivation and behavioral changes.
