River Run Training
Our 10-week program will get your race training started on the right foot. Our running group will start and finish at the Baker Y on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am. Be sure to join us before you run as we discuss topics, every other Thursday at 6:00pm, to help you not only reach but exceed your racing goals. My30
My30 is our campaign to inspire people to become more physically active through an online community centered on healthy living. We all need 150 minutes of physical activity each week. When you break it down, it’s easier than you think – just 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Whether it’s reconnecting with a friend on the treadmill, de-stressing with lunchtime yoga, or going for a bike ride with your family, everyone can get their 30 each day. You can join the conversation by using the hashtag #My30 on Twitter, tagging My30 in your Facebook posts or posting photos or videos of you and your friends getting your 30 together.
