Learn to Swim

Our youth swim lessons teach personal water safety, stroke development, water sports and games, rescue and personal growth skills to help kids feel more confident and safe in and around the water. We know kids work hard during the school year and look forward to the arrival of summer. So, when the last bell rings, head to the Y for Summer Camp, where kids of all ages will develop new skills, discover a new adventure and make new friends along the way. Whether it’s at Y Day Camp or a week-long adventure at our resident camp, Camp Immokalee, your child will experience something new each day to engage the mind, body and spirit. Lose Weight and Gain Support

At the Y, we're here to help you exceed your goals. Join us at the Brooks Y on Monday, May 20, from 5:30pm-6:30pm to gain the support and learn the tools to shed the weight. Our Weight Loss Support Group will meet the third Monday of every month to learn about nutrition and diet tips, exchange recipes, hear from trainers about helpful exercises and much more.
