At the Y, we’re here for you every step of the way. That’s why we've launched ActivTrax which will make it even easier for you to get started on the right foot with a customized exercise routine. It’s a whole new way to set goals and monitor your progress. Plus, you can access meal planning, a calorie intake tracker and progress journal all through this new online tool. TRX Fit Camp

TRX Fit Camp

TRX Suspension training is a method of body weight exercises that simultaneously builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Join us for our TRX Fit Camp on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm, with Ryan in Studio A or Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00-10:00am, with Kevin in the gym. This is a six-week training program, including a combination of intense cardio with plyometric and core exercises to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Try out a class for free to see if it’s right for you. Cost is $60 for the six-week program.

TRX Group Exercise

TRX Group Exercise

Another way to get your suspension training is at our TRX group exercise class. This free, 20-minute class is included in your membership as a part of our group exercise class schedule. Classes are Wednesdays at 7:00am with Kevin in Studio A and Fridays at 10:15am with Dustin in the gym. We also offer a teens-only class on Wednesdays at 3:30pm with Ryan. Have Fun and Run

Have Fun and Run

All kids should have the opportunity to stay healthy and have fun doing it. In our running program, they’ll be able to connect with people their own age and make new friends all while improving their health. Have Fun and Run is a free program for members and non-members available for middle and high school ages. The club will meet every Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00am at the McArthur Y to train for the Pirates Run on February 18. Volunteers and parents are welcome to participate and help. New Group Ex Classes

New Group Ex Classes

Join us for our newest group exercise class, Belly Dancing, on Thursdays at 4:30-5:30pm. This fun class will get you moving and shaking for a great abdominal workout.

PrYme Time

PrYme Time

PrYme Time provides a safe place for children before and after school. Kids receive help on their homework and take part in educational activities that reinforce what is learned at school. They also learn how to interact with other children and adults, while making new friends. With school back in session, visit Member Services to sign up and learn more today.
