The New Year is nearly here! Stop by the Y for help with your fitness and health resolutions. In 2012, we're giving you 12 weeks to lose 12 percent of your current body fat percentage, improve your strength by 12 percent and increase your cardio activity by 12 minutes. Run Club
Do you want to enter your first 5K, improve your heart health or do something extra to lose a few pounds? Our Run Club is perfect for the experienced runner or for those just starting out. Best of all, it's free for all members! We meet every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-8:30am. For more information, visit Member Services or contact one of our Wellness Associates.
Youth In Government
Let your voice be heard. Our Youth In Government (YIG) program gives high school students the chance to learn first-hand how our state government operates all while earning college credit. Students will engage in political debates, write their own bills and have the opportunity to compete nationally with fellow YIG participants.
