No Time to Waist
The Y’s No Time to Waist Program is a nutritional support group with participants taking 12 classes over 12 weeks. Week 1 includes a screening and an individual appointment with a Registered Dietitian. The following weeks, participants will learn about healthier choices in food, nutrition, motivation and behavioral changes. Don’t waste any more time deciding whether or not to live healthier. Classes begin September 3 and are from 5:30-6:30pm.
Classes are 2 hours
(1 hour of nutrition, 1 hour of group personal training)
