You Can Take Control

Did you know that 1 in 3 adult Americans is at high risk for diabetes? Our Diabetes Prevention Program is a 24-session class to help participants learn about healthier eating, physical activity and other behavior changes to prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. Keep your little athlete active while developing sports skills and confidence in our Summer Sports Camps. We offer a variety of sports to choose from, including basketball, cheerleading, t-ball, flag football, soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball, with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship and having fun. Mom's Morning Out

Mom's Morning Out

We know that moms work hard raising their families. That's why we offer all moms a morning out! We'll provide quality care for your children to enjoy play time and be in a safe and secure environment while you enjoy a morning off! Join us every month on the first and third Friday from 8:00-11:00am as we give thanks to our moms! Space is limited, so stop Member Services for more information.

Blood Drive

Blood Drive

We are partnering with the Blood Alliance once again, and the Bloodmobile will be at the Winston Y for donations on Monday, June 18, from 9:00am - 11:00am. Registration is available online at igiveblood.com. Walk-in appointments the day of the drive are also welcome. Your pint of blood can save up to three lives! Don't forget to bring your driver's license, you must be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 lbs in order to donate.

With summer just around the corner, we will need more talented leaders to help keep our pool safe. We are now hiring lifeguards and swim instructors to join our team. Learn to Swim at the Y

Join us at the Y this spring to swim here and stay afloat. Our youth swim lessons teach personal water safety, stroke development, water sports and games, rescue and personal growth skills to help kids feel more confident and safe in and around the water.
