Learn to Swim

Our youth swim lessons teach personal water safety, stroke development, water sports and games, rescue and personal growth skills to help kids feel more confident and safe in and around the water. Summer Camp

We know kids work hard during the school year and look forward to the arrival of summer. So, when the last bell rings, head to the Y for Summer Camp, where kids of all ages will develop new skills, discover a new adventure and make new friends along the way. Whether it’s at Y Day Camp or a week-long adventure at our resident camp, Camp Immokalee, your child will experience something new each day to engage the mind, body and spirit. New Class - HIT

New Class - HIT

Join us for a new class, High Intensity Training (HIT), that infuses cardio, strength, plyometrics, calisthenics, suspension training, and various equipment use. This class is geared towards the most advanced athlete, but modifiable for anyone new to these exercise techniques. Classes are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am. Ask a member of our Wellness Team to learn more.
