At the Y, we’re here for you every step of the way. That’s why we've launched ActivTrax which will make it even easier for you to get started on the right foot with a customized exercise routine. It’s a whole new way to set goals and monitor your progress. Plus, you can access meal planning, a calorie intake tracker and progress journal all through this new online tool. Our 10-week program will get you started on the right foot. Our group run will start and finish at the Yates Y on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am. For those living with diabetes, the Y offers a free support group every month that is open to everyone in the community. Our next meeting will be on Thursday, February 23, from 6:00-7:00pm. Contact Sue Stemke at 904.355.1436 for more information and to reserve your spot.

Learn to Swim at the Y

Learn to Swim at the Y

Join us at the Y this summer to swim here and stay afloat. Our youth swim lessons teach personal water safety, stroke development, water sports and games, rescue and personal growth skills to help kids feel more confident and safe in and around the water.
