What does your Dye Clay YMCA Offer?

Ready, Sweat, Go! Do you need a long-term, life-changing program?  If so, we have just the program for you!  Starting September 8th, this group training program consists of small group sessions of three or more participants with a qualified personal trainer. The trainer is the team manager who encourages the participants to workout through dynamic and challenging sessions. The sessions will promote accountability, motivation, and camaraderie to reach the different goals set by each member. For more information contact Karina Grego.

The Cardio-Theater Experience. Watch your favorite shows while working out on the all-new Cardio Equipment.

All New LeMond cycles. We have added cycles to increase the capacity of these popular Indoor Cycle classes.

A Fresh New Look. Check out the KidZone, Teen Center and Lobby Bathrooms.

New Studios. We've added two new Group Exercise Studios.

Expanded Space. We have a Family/Special Needs bathroom and more space for free weights, stretching and selectorized equipment with new carpet and fresh paint too.

Mommy & Me Classes

Interact with your child (ages 3 to 5) in an arts and crafts atmosphere. Mondays from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Registration is on a monthly basis and space is limited. Members pay $25 and non-members pay $35.
