Free Fitness Consultations

Our certified Wellness Coaches are ready to get you started with a wellness program to fit your needs.  We offer free fitness consultations and follow-up sessions to make sure that you are on the right track to meet your fitness goals.  Please do not hesitate to contact us to schedule your first free fitness consultation!

Personal Training

Do you need motivation? Does your workout need to be re-energized? Or do you just need new exercises to rejuvenate your workouts? The YMCA has certified and experienced trainers to help you reach your goals! We provide free fitness consultations to assess whether or not the personal training program is right for you.

Personal Training Prices are as follows:

One person, one session
$50 per hour, per visit
$30 per half hour, per visit

One Hour Session Packages
  5 sessions - $225
10 sessions - $400
15 sessions - $550
20 sessions - $700

Half Hour Session Packages
  5 sessions - $135
10 sessions - $240
15 sessions - $335
20 sessions - $425

Partner Training Prices are as follows:

  1 partner session - $30 per person
  5 partner sessions - $150 per person
10 partner sessions - $275 per person
15 partner sessions - $375 per person
20 partner sessions - $450 per person

Group Exercise
