Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Aquatics Director, the Head Lifeguard is responsible for assisting in the administration of the Aquatics department and possesses skills in human relations and marketing of all programs. Full-Time Wellness Floor Associate / Personal Trainer

Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer. CPR/AED/O2 certified preferred. A strong work-ethic and personal skills necessary to interact with the members at the branch is also required.
Responsibilities: Full-time position available at the McArthur Family YMCA for an energetic and driven Wellness Floor Associate/Personal Trainer. Job expectations include/not limited to interacting with members in order to develop strong relationships, consult with members about exercise goals, and design exercise prescriptions that promote the five components of fitness, among other tasks. Other responsibilities will be conducting fitness orientations, taking members through services offered through the Consultation Cards, cleaning equipment, maintaining an organized Wellness Floor, and working on various projects that promote health/wellness.
