In the News: Summertime Means Water Safety Time
Swimming, splashing and floating add up to a great day in the water. Whether it’s at the beach, in a pool or at a water park, swimming can be a lot of fun. To help your family stay safe around water, it’s best to sign up for swim and water safety lessons. According to Florida Department of Health, unintentional drowning is the leading cause of death of 1- to 4- year olds in Florida every year. Two programs in town, the St. Augustine Family YMCA and Infant Swim Resource are currently enrolling students.
