Personal Training
Do you need motivation? Does your workout need to be
re-energized? Or do you just need new exercises to
rejuvenate your workouts? The YMCA has certified trainers to
help reach your goals! We provide free consultations to
assess whether or not the personal training program is right
for you.
The cost is $45 for one session or $400 for 10 sessions.
Group Exercise
Using two studios, we offer nearly 15 group exercise
classes per week. You're sure to find something that fits in
with your busy schedule and helps you reach your personal
goals. Classes may include: Step, Y-Cycle, Diva's and Don's
(for active older adults) Silver Sneakers, Power Abs and so
much more. Check our weekly schedules for available classes
in studios A and B.
ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS (AOA): Activities include light
cardio, traditional strength training as well as core
strengthening and balance work. Perfect for beginners, too!
Ask about our popular Divas and Dons class serving
the Active Older Adult community twice a week!
CORE TRAINING: A specific class to strengthen and
tone the “powerhouse” of the body- primarily the abdominal
and back. Great addition to any workout or group fitness
class.
INDOOR CYCLE: Indoor cycling class under the watchful
eye of your own coach. Class format includes a variety of
resistance, speed and positions on the specialized bike.
Water and towel are a must for this awesome cardio workout!
Intro class strongly suggested (offered weekly).
KICKBOXING: Jumps, jabs, kicks, and punches in this
high intensity workout. Core training and flexibility work
as well.
SilverSneakers I®: (Muscular Strength and Range of
Movement) Have fun and move to the music through a variety
of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range
of movement and activity for daily living skills.
Y-Express
This program is for the exerciser that wants to get in
and out. It's simple and great, just make an appointment,
and we will take you through nine machines to get you
started. We will set up your workout plan on paper so you
can track your progress as you continue toward reaching your
personal goals. This program is perfect if you only have 30
minutes or a quick lunch break to grab a workout!

The YMCA Wellness Department has great Fitness Challenges
to motivate you and maintain your interest in an active,
