| A.W.A.Y. - Always Welcome at Any YMCA |
With either the Florida's First Coast Membership or a Branch Membership, you'll automatically become part of the A.W.A.Y. program, meaning you are Always Welcome at Any YMCA! When visiting other areas (not the same association), show your current membership card and receive a one week visit free of charge or at a reduced rate. If you are planning a trip, just ask at your branch's front desk and we'll gladly call ahead to check on visitor policies for that area.
The YMCA Is...
Strong Families:

mission, particularly providing support to help families be successful in
raising healthy, well-adjusted children. During the 2007 fiscal year, 17,685
participants were served in Positive Youth Development programs. In 2007, the
YMCA provided a summer camp experience to 1,040 campers at Camp Immokalee; 8,760

YMCA financial assistance totaling $1,109,918.
Balanced Health:
The YMCA believes that healthy minds and bodies are sacred gifts and that
physical fitness and mental well-being are achieved through wellness. During the
2007 fiscal year, 64,959 individuals participated in YMCA Health Enhancement
Programs, with 2,8125 receiving YMCA financial assistance valued at $1,476,483
to help them participate.
Accessible to All:
The YMCA is the First Coast's largest service provider -- the YMCA has touched
over 75,000 with programs that emphasize the YMCA core values of caring,
honesty, respect and responsibility. Did you know, in 2007, YMCA provided a
total of 11,478 participants with $2,667,237 in financial assistance to allow
