Do you need motivation? Does your workout need to be re-energized? Or do you just need new exercises to rejuvenate your workouts? The YMCA has certified trainers to help reach your goals! We provide free consultations to assess whether or not the personal training program is right for you.
Group Exercise
We offer group exercise classes all week. You’re sure to find something that fits in with your busy schedule and helps you reach your personal goals. Our schedules
will be available in the Download Center soon.
Y-Express
This program is for the exerciser that wants to get in and out. It’s simple and great, just make an appointment, and we will take you through nine machines to get you started. We will set up your workout plan on paper so you can track your progress as you continue toward reaching your personal goals. This program is perfect if you only have 30 minutes or a quick lunch break to grab a workout!
