Personal Training

Do you need motivation? Does your workout need to be re-energized? Or do you just need new exercises to rejuvenate your workouts? The YMCA has certified trainers to help you reach your goals! We provide free consultations to assess whether or not the personal training program is right for you.

Group Exercise

We offer group exercise classes all week. You’re sure to find something that fits in with your busy schedule and helps you reach your personal goals. Classes include Boot Camp, Y-Cycle, Yoga, and Pilates. Our weekly schedules are available in the Download Center.

Y-Express

This program is for the exerciser that wants to get in and out. It’s simple and great, just make an appointment, and we will take you through nine machines to get you started. We will set up your workout plan on paper so you can track your progress as you continue toward reaching your personal goals. This program is perfect if you only have 30 minutes or a quick lunch break to grab a workout!

Fitness Challenges

The YMCA Wellness Department has great Fitness Challenges to motivate you and maintain your interest in an active, healthy lifestyle. Please check back periodically for the latest information regarding our current and upcoming challenges.

Youth

Please read our youth policy located in the Download Center for information about members and guests under the age of 17 using the facility and climbing gym.
