Strong Kids
Did you know...?
In 2007, the St. Augustine Family YMCA assisted families and
individuals with over $138,000 in financial assistance. The
financial assistance is allocated to Membership and programs
in Childcare, Day Camp, Sports, Instruction and Outreach.
Through our Strong Kids campaign, you have the ability to
extend an opportunity to others who might not be able to
enjoy the many membership and program benefits that you take
part in weekly. For more information on how you can help
build Strong Kids, please stop by the front desk or call (904)

DIETER
DUFFY ANNUAL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
This special event is in memory of Dieter Duffy "a big man
with an even bigger heart". Dieter was an outstanding YMCA
Volunteer and dad who was unexpectedly taken from the family
and community that loved him in 2000. The Dieter Duffy
Basketball Tournament was established to recognize and honor
his memory. Last year the tournament generated over $16,000
to help families in the community participate in St.
Augustine Family YMCA programs and activities.
