Personal Training
Do you need motivation? Does your workout need to be
re-energized? Or do you just need new exercises to
rejuvenate your workouts? The YMCA has certified trainers to
help reach your goals! We provide free consultations to
assess whether or not the personal training program is right
for you.
One Person: $50.00 an hour
Package of 10-1 Hour Sessions for One Person: $400.00
Two People: $30.00 an hour per person
Package of 10-1 Hour Sessions for Two People: $270 per
person
Three People: $25.00 an hour per person
Package of 10-1 Hour Sessions for Three People: $180 per
person
Group Exercise
In our newly renovated group fitness studio, we offer over
40 group exercise classes per week. You’re sure to find
something that fits in with your busy schedule and helps you
reach your personal goals. The classes include Step,
Y-Cycle, Flexx It, Tai-Chi, Silver Sneakers®, Karate, Yoga,
Pilates, Zumba, and so much more. Our monthly group fitness
schedule is available in Download Center.
Y-Express
This program is for the exerciser that wants to get in and
out. It’s simple and great, just make an appointment, and we
will take you through nine machines to get you started. We
will set up your workout plan on paper so you can track your
progress as you continue toward reaching your personal
goals. This program is perfect if you only have 30 minutes
or a quick lunch break to grab a workout!
Youth Certifications
All children ages 9-16 years old must complete a youth
certification class and a wellness consultation. Youth
Certification classes are available Mondays and Wednesdays.
Sign up at the Front Desk and there is a maximum of 6 per
class.
Times:
Mondays at 5:00 PM
Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
*These classes are mandatory for children ages 9-16 years
old, even if prior orientation has been completed*
ZUMBA
ZUMBA (All levels) is a simple and effective aerobic workout
that incorporates footwork and body movements from the
meringue, mambo, salsa, rumba, reggae and calypso to a mix
of Latin songs.
Kids ZUMBA
Offered Mondays at 4:45-5:30 for ages 5 and up. Younger
children are welcome with parent participation.
Indoor Y-Cycle
Come enjoy this fun and always-different exercise class.
