Jr. Lifeguarding 202

JR Lifeguarding—202 is the advanced section of our Jr. Lifeguard Program. Jr, Lifeguarding 101 is a prerequisite for this class. In this session the participants will see how water rescue plays an integral part of the rescue process with demonstrations from Ocean Rescue. They will also learn the advanced techniques of water rescue, including in-line stabilization of the head, neck and back, CPR, AED and First-Aid for the Professional Rescuer. Members participate for $150 and non-members participate for $250. Participants must be between 12 and 15 years of age having the ability to swim 100 yards, tread water for 2 minutes, and with the maturity to assist in boarding procedures for the class.
