Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is a great, all around form of aerobic exercise. Walking and running under water in a pool not only strengthens the leg and hip muscles, but also helps develop cardio-respiratory fitness.
Days: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
Time: 10:10am to 11:00am, weather permitting

GROUP CLASSES
The YMCA offers several classes specifically with seniors in mind, but anyone is welcome. Bring a friend and enjoy the benefits that these classes will bring to you physically and mentally.
All classes are held in Studio C and are FREE to members—Please see schedule for days and times.
Silver Sneakers®
Silver Sneakers® is a unique physical activity program designed to encourage Medicare-eligible members to increase physical activity. Based on the “fitness fun and friends.” This fitness centered program incorporates fun, social programming that enhances independent living skills.
Active Older Adults
Activities include light cardio, traditional strength
training as well as core strength training and balance work.
Perfect for beginners too!
Social Activities
Monthly social activities focus on camaraderie. Make new
friends and keep your spirit healthy. Guests are always
welcome.
Do you have a
talent or gift that you would like to share with the group?
We are in need of volunteers to teach classes, etc.
Suggested areas are bridge classes, book clubs, bible
studies, and art classes. For more information please speak
with a member services associate.
