Personal Training
Do you want to lose weight but don't know where to start? Do you want to shape and tone your body?
Whether you want to get in shape to run a marathon or just run around the block, our personal trainers are here to help you achieve your goals.
$50 per 1 hour session ($30 per 1/2 hour)
$400 for 10 sessions
$60 for pairs training
$540 for 10 sessions of pairs training

Y-Express

9:00 am to 9:45 pm
Meet the trainer at the machines and he/she will take you
through a “circuit” like workout incorporating the machines
and other plyometric exercises. This workout is done on a
timed basis. (one minute per exercise) It is highly
recommended that you have experience on how to adjust
weights/settings or that you schedule a “free” consultation
with a trainer prior to attending the Y Express class.
Group Exercise
Using three studios, we offer approximately 80 group
exercise classes per week. You're sure to find something
that fits in with your busy schedule and helps you reach
your personal goals. Classes include the following:
"Intro to Cycle"
classes are now offered two times a month. This 45 minute
class will introduce you to one of the best cardio workouts
we offer! Class content includes: bike fitting and set-up,
ride profiles, and correct ride techniques. Attend the intro
class and feel confident walking into a regularly scheduled
class.

Indoor Cycling, Yoga (beginner to advanced),
Power Step, Pilates, Boot Camp, Core Express, BOSU Core
Express, Basics & Beyond, The Next Level, Intro to
Pilates, Silver Sneakers(R),
Cardio Express, Toning Express, Power Flex, Toning,
Kickboxing, and a running group. We also offer group classes
to our younger members such as: Pre-Teen Strength Training,
Pre-Teen Yoga, Kid's Aerobics, and Kid's Yoga. Our monthly

Pilates
Developed nearly 100 years ago, Pilates emphasizes the
core muscles of the abdomen, back and shoulder. The Pilates
method has grown to incorporate not only the traditional
exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, but also current
concepts of functional movement and proper body mechanics.
Pilates training will help you develop power from the inside
out.
Pilates Mat Classes (Free to YMCA members):
The basis of any Pilates practice utilizing a mat, body
weight, gravity and occasional props. See group exercise
schedule for class days and times.

Pilates Reformer
Available
for individuals who wish to focus specifically on personal
goals, more concentrated exposure to Pilates work or for
people having special physical concerns. Private sessions
may include the use of the Reformer or another specialized
Pilates apparatus not featured in our group exercise
classes. Reformer instruction is available exclusively to
members.
