Join us for the Grand Slam Wellness Challenge taking place between Monday, July 6 and Friday, July 31. This four week challenge encourages participants to complete approved strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training at the Yates Family YMCA to earn points towards moving around the bases. Sign up in the Wellness Center and be sure to take a look at activity times and associated points. Each participant must keep track of his or her own points in the Grand Slam binder and wellness staff will update your position each Monday morning. Participants who make it past 3rd base will receive a prize. Good luck and let’s play ball!
The YMCA’s Eco-Adventure Camp will be offered from June 8 through August 21. During this full-day camp, your child will learn to reduce, recycle, and reuse while having fun and making memories to last a lifetime! Swimming, eco-friendly adventures, and plenty of camp games and crafts are just a few activities that we have planned this summer. YMCA members join us for $115 per week and non-members join us for $120 per week, plus a $40 registration fee. Stop by to register today!
